Hours of Operation
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. Server status is monitored at all times. If you have a problem with your hosted website, please send an email and we'll investigate immediately. After-hours phone messages may not be answered until the following business day.
Holidays
We are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November and following Friday)
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- New Year's Eve (December 31)
If the holiday occurs on a Saturday, we will be closed on Friday; if on Sunday, we will be closed on Monday.
Closings at other times will be announced to clients through email newsletter. We have a contract service in place to provide server support during vacations.
Rush Work, After-Hours Work, Holiday Work
Rush jobs or jobs which require work after hours or on weekends or holidays will incur additional charges.
